Evidence-based Treatment For OCD And Anxiety
Founded in 1907, Rogers has expanded to increase access to care and is now one of the largest behavioral health systems in the country. Our expert staff has the experience found only in a stand-alone, not-for-profit behavioral health hospital, such as our own. Led by Bradley Riemann, PhD, an internationally recognized expert in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Rogers' OCD Center, located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, is a national leader in the treatment of OCD, OC-spectrum and other anxiety disorders. The OCD Center rests on breathtaking, wooded shores of the area's lake country-- the perfect location to focus on program goals. Rogers' treatment programs use evidence-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on exposure and response prevention for children, teens and adults. Specialized treatment teams work with patients to identify situations that create anxiety, and then develop a plan consisting of small steps working toward overcoming anxiety, celebrating patient success along the way. This graduated, manageable approach empowers patients to gain control over their symptoms and learn effective strategies to create a life worth living.
